IMPORTANT INFORMATION, READ BEFORE PICKUP:

Please call ahead to us at (828) 470-7759 before coming to retreive your vehicle. Our lots are open Monday-Friday from 9-4, but we can almost always make arrangements to accomodate an after hours release for you.

We can only release the vehicle, or property in the vehicle, to the registered owner. In most situations, the registered owner may allow others to do this in their absence. You must provide Proof of Ownership, which would normally be your State Issued ID and either a Registration or Title in your name. Insurance does not constitute proof of ownership, but you must also provide Proof of Valid Insurance if you intend to drive the vehicle from our lot, and the driver must have a Valid Driver’s License. We also reserve the right to require other towing companies provide valid proof of insurance before towing a vehicle from our lot.

Please be kind to our staff. Understand that they are not the person responsible for your vehicle being towed, and our willingness to work with you on your bill or accomodate an after hours release is usually dependant on the way we are treated. We’re sorry you’re in this situation, but appreciate your understanding that we are only doing what we have been hired to do. All documentation we require for the release of your vehicle is required by law. We will do everything in our power to work with you to get your vehicle back as quickly as possible!
